The RIITA offices are located in what was originally called the Warfield, Pratt & Howell Company Warehouse near the river in downtown Des Moines. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. Our mailing address is 100 Court Avenue, Suite 218, Des Moines, IA 50309

Office hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Central Time, Monday through Friday.
